This hotel was a cozy and clean place to stay in the city. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the room had fully functional WiFi and AC, which were great amenities to have. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was only a short taxi ride to the city center and key tourist attractions.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to both the city center and a beautiful city park, which is perfect for running and shopping. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with satellite TV, a phone, and excellent heating. the staff is helpful and hospitable, always ready to accommodate your requests. Breakfast is a great mix of traditional and international options with a wide variety of choices.
The bathrooms might need some renovation to match the quality of the rest of the hotel's facilities.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which was necessary for the hot climate. the hotel was located in a quiet area, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city center. One of the advantages was that the breakfast was freshly prepared, and the staff was always accommodating to our preferences.
The hotel was located far from the city center, which meant we had to pay for taxi rides to get to the main tourist attractions. , the entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked and was located in a back alley, with a daunting appearance.

Excellent location, near zoo and nice bars/restaurants. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast options. Cozy and hospitable atmosphere.

We loved the location of this hotel - near the city park and just a short walk away from the bustling city center. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. We also appreciated the helpful staff and the good breakfast.
